Fans of Apple have been watching and waiting. Many have created blogs to also start speculating about what the Apple iOS 6 would contain. It has been a full year since the founder of Apple, Steve Jobs, died. Many fans wondered if Apple could continue to pull off the same level of sharp software technology without the founder. Fortunately, many users have found that the iOS 6 software is still living up to the Steve Jobs standards.
More Siri
Apple fans got a taste of Siri with Apple’s iPhone 4S and everyone was excited about it. The reality, however, is that the introduction of Siri was just the beginning of the debugging stage. Consumers threw in their comments about the good and bad on Siri and Apple went back to work on a better design. Consumers that purchased the iPhone 4S were waiting to see how Apple would revamp the Siri technology in the next generation of the software.
Now that the iOS 6 platform is out there people get to see Siri functioning much better. The software recognizes more languages, and the voice command is able to take better input from the iPhone consumers. This is important because somewhere between 6 to 10 million iPhone 5 devices have been sold in just a couple of weeks. Dialects and languages are different around the world. This Siri is still a work in progress, but it has been updated greatly to support more users worldwide.
Face Time App
As soon as the Face Time app became available for the iPad all iPhone users begin to raise a brow. They also wanted the ability to use this type of app to connect with friends and family members.
The big buzz about the Face Time app is that it is available for those that are still on the 3G networks. Users will still need the minimum Face Time hardware (iPhone 4S) to use it, but this is a big deal. It means that people can use the new platform without actually buying the iPhone 5.
Better Cloud Integration
When the cloud technology was put into place there was a lot to room to play around. People knew that this technology had potential, but most people were not really using it that much because other virtual storage was available. Today, however, people have Apple TV and access to more web streaming. This is why the cloud technology that is embedded in the iOS 6 platform has become quite popular.
The cloud system network is growing in high demand. People are trying to do much more with the cloud storage because virtual storage is much easier. The Apple iPhones don’t have removable storage, but the iCloud platform gives users additional space without the need for extra storage.
There has been a longing for a new iOS for a while. Many people may not be pleased with all the features that are there at first. It is certain that there will be future corrections through updates.
